In addition, our team carries various medical devices, such as suction devices, IOs, splints, chest seals, chest decompression equipment, ET tubes, and basic first-aid supplies. With multiple medical directors on board, we are authorized to practice in most states across the United States, and our providers operate under a unified set of protocols.

Our providers are affiliated professionals, and the majority of them hold licenses in compact states, ensuring that we can provide seamless care to our patients, no matter where they are located. At Med Transport Inc., we are dedicated to ensuring that our REMS team is equipped with the most advanced tools and resources to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Our providers hold red cards and possess high and low-angle certifications that meet the standards set by NFPA. We place great emphasis on team training, and last year, we conducted a comprehensive 30-day training program for our REMS team. The team members who trained together were deployed together, and their cohesive teamwork ensured that operations ran smoothly.

We are committed to ensuring that our team members are well-trained and equipped to handle any emergency situation. As such, we would rather decline an assignment than send out an untrained team. By investing in training and certification programs, we ensure that our team members are prepared to provide the highest level of care to our patients, no matter the circumstances.

We mean business when we say we have extrication tools. Our arsenal includes hydraulic cutters, spreaders, and rams that can handle any extrication task with ease. Additionally, we carry various types of manual and hand-held tools, such as sawzalls, to ensure that we have the right tool for the job at hand.

We make use of 4×4 trucks to pull enclosed trailers that keep our equipment and supplies secure during transport. Our trailers are also ideal for carrying spare supplies and maintenance equipment such as air compressors, generators, hand tools, flood lights, winches, training supplies, fuel, and chargers.

For our stokes baskets, we use Terra Tamer litter wheels that are lightweight and have a small footprint, making them perfect for backcountry rescues. Our REMS UTVs are four-place Polaris 1000 RZRs with DOT tires, featuring modified patient compartments in the back that offer secure ground short hauls. We also carry a single-place ATV for added flexibility during rescue missions. Our trucks can also be utilized in emergency situations.
